Which story is yours?

LoVe... is not always like a fairy tale...

There are people who give
so much love to those who
don't love them back...

There are some who feel so
loved and find out in the
end that they were fooled...

There are some who's into
mutual love but can't call
their partner as their own
because someone already
holds the title...

There are some who give so
much love but the other
won't believe because they
always consider your past...

There are some who receive
so much love but can't
seem to move on from
previous relationship...

Or others just want to play
the game and choose their
playmate...

Now which story is yours?

Finally!

After more than a week of disturbed and sleepless nights...wheeeewwww! finally i made myself to sleep last night...;-) i was able to rest and sleep without waking up every hour...right after watching the ending of the korea-novela "LOVERS"...i felt kinda sleepy...maybe because the ending was good and my eyes were tired..tired because the korea-novela that i'm watching brought me to tears..ahihihi...well, knowing me, i really am a person who has very shallow...as in shallow tears...huhuhu...nevertheless...i know there is a deeper reason that made me asleep last night...hmmmm...what or who could it be? well....ahihihihi

I need to sleep.....

The effects of lack of sleep are profound...sleep deprivation stunts to explore the effects of it which have unanimously led to irritability, lack of concentration, a feeling of distance from the outside world, fear and paranoia, and forgetfulness. It poses the question - in this day and age, who doesn't feel the effects of lack of sleep?

During those past nights...the average hours that i've slept was only about 3 hours! and i really pity myself for being a damn insomniac!...however, this doesn't happened for the first time...i've been in this state for a lot of times...so sad that i'm again sufferring it's adverse effects...:-(

Getting sufficient sleep, at least 8 hours each night is beneficial to both our health and our skin which helps to give an overall improvement to our skin texture and gives it a new glow...while we sleep, our skin is being renewed and restored...some of the stress and harmful effects from daily living is being reversed...but due to lack of sleep, we are depriving our skin of the opportunities for self-renewal...the ill-effects of lack of sleep are most evident on the skin beneath our eyes... this area of the skin here is the most fragile...it is much, much thinner than the other areas of the skin...lack of sleep leaves behind dark circles, puffy eye bags, fine lines and wrinkles...i've tried using specialised skin care products and treatments which can reverse some of the effects of sleep deprivation...however, eye care products and treatments have limited ability in reducing those puffy eye bags and dark circles...they even cannot reverse all the damage caused by lack of sleep...hence, prevention is still the best approach...

At this very moment...i am hoping for a peaceful, undisturbed and sufficient sleep tonight...not because i really need to sleep...but because i'm afraid that all it's ill-effects will register on my face soon...ahihihi

Friendship Journey

Ever wondered what is the real essence of the saying "A Friend in Need is a Friend Indeed"?...people talk about the true value of friendship without knowing what it stands for... true friendship is when there are no formalities...when the person you are talking about is counted as family...when the relation you share reaches a stage that even if you don't correspond for sometime, your relationship remains intact...best friends need not meet up often to make sure that the friendship remains constant...the trust between best friends is such that if one friend falls in trouble, the other will not think twice to help.

If the bond between two friends is strong, true friends can endure even long distances...they find a way of being in touch despite busy schedules...true friendship never fades away...in fact it grows better with time...true friends don't need a posh place to hang out...their most precious hideout is each others' rooms!...true friendship thrives on trust, inspiration and comfort...best friends come to know when the other person is in trouble, merely by listening to their "Hello" over the phone...

Over the years...we got to meet a lot of people everyday...and i may say that i am really lucky to have the best of friends around me...which i may likewise say...that we stayed through the years...

Come...and meet some of them...the best among the rest..cream of the crop as they say... ;-)

I was kinda amazed how my friends Bhang and Ate Weng made theirs...and upon seeing their end products..i said to myself that i have a very long way learning to go...

This is just my first step...and hopefully, i would be able to get help from friends who have lots of knowledge in doing this wonderful project...
